GROUND FLOOR:

Has been furnished to be enjoyed mainly during the day: there is a large dining room open onto the garden with a large fireplace, two kitchens well equipped for all culinary needs and several rooms perfect for various activities like reading books, watching television, enjoying a good glass of Chianti, while maintaining a cozy atmosphere and its own privacy. On the ground floor, slightly elevated, there is also a comfortable double bedroom with a bathroom.

There are two kitchens in the Villa. The smaller kitchen is suitable for making breakfast, while the larger kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing larger meals.

FIRST FLOOR:

Four bedrooms are on this floor - three doubles and one twin. All the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom; located on the same floor there is a wide lounge with a large Tuscan fireplace. The salon is bright and is usable as a reading and resting area but also as a studio. The entire first floor is provided with air conditioning.

COTTAGE:

The lovely restored cottage is located a few meters outside the main building of the Villa and it offers an alternative solution in a charming and typical atmosphere. On the ground floor a large open room with a lounge, fireplace, and small kitchen and private bathroom. The loft style queen size bed is for those seeking privacy or romance.

OUTDOORS:

The garden surrounding the Villa offers amazing views of the surrounding vine-covered hillsides and of nearby San Casciano. The expansive garden is well tended and planted with blooming plants and fruit trees.

There are two private parking areas for guests that can accommodate up to eight cars.

Outdoor dining can be savored on the shady, stone patio that is equipped with a barbecue, a long table, and comfortable chairs. The enchanting sunset over the Tuscan hills can be enjoyed from the patio.

The charm of the Tuscan countryside and complete relaxation can be enjoyed from the private pool and Jacuzzi area. It is equipped with lounge chairs, sun beds and tables. There is also a pool house with a bathroom. The pool measures 15 x 7.50 m (up to 2 m deep) and the Jacuzzi is about 2 m in diameter.
