MAIN VILLA:

The main villa offers five bedrooms. Three double bedrooms on the ground floor that share a large bathroom, fitted with a sunken bath, shower and double basins. On the next level is the fourth guest bedroom (en-suite bathroom) and a glass gallery that leads to the master suite. All of the bedrooms have access to terraces and have been decorated to the highest of standards.

The lower ground floor is reached by a hydraulic lift and gives access to a wine cellar, bar, cloakroom and private theatre with projector style screen. There is also access to a laundry room, technical room and separate garage from this level.

GUESTS HOUSE:

There is also a separate guest house which is completely self-contained with its own spacious living area and fully fitted kitchen. It has two double bedrooms sharing a central bathroom. The main bedroom leads out onto a delightful Italian veranda.

OUTDOORS:

One of the main features of this property is the stunning infinity pool and large patio area with a wisteria covered pergola. This area is also fully equipped with its own kitchen, living room, gym, sauna/steam room, massage room, bathroom and kitchen. With its south facing aspect, this area has daylong sunshine and lends itself to all day outdoor living. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens which are fully landscaped and meticulously maintained throughout the year.
