We have assembled this group of homes to complement our preferred way of travel. That is, we enjoy staying in one place and using it as a base of exploration to better understand the region. In this way, we feel we make a more authentic connection to the culture by avoiding hotels, the ubiquitous tourists and the lack of necessity to pack and unpack every few days. This leisurely pace affords us many opportunities to enjoy our carefully researched destinations and additional time for the "wonders of serendipity" we all love to experience while traveling.
