GROUND FLOOR:

The villa comfortably sleeps 10 and is comprised of three bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two full size single beds. There are five baths, one with shower and tub and four with shower only. The comfortable living room has a flat-screen satellite TV, music ipod system and DVD player. There is a large kitchen and dining room.
 

OUTDOORS:

The garden terrace has sofas, armchairs and a large outside dining space with enchanting views. In addition, there is a terrace solarium located at bedrooms level and a terrace solarium at the lower level with showers. From the terrace there is a stone staircase of a few hundred steps to a semi-private beach accessible only by the houses on the property or by boat. This beach offers no services. Conveniently located, Casa Bella is part of a private, gated enclave, a short walk down a gentle flight of steps and a path.

• An advanced food shopping is available, upon request, with a delivery fee of Euro 25.00 + grocery receipt to be settled in cash upon arrival.
• Babysitting Euro 20 per hour; please inquire upon booking.
• Luggage carrying service, please inquire upon booking
• Check In from:  2PM to 7PM, if necessary, we can arrange for a later check-in, only until 9PM, which will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out is before 10AM.
• Refundable security deposit: Euro 500 to be paid upon arrival and refunded upon departure less any unpaid expenses
