This property was presented exactly as stated on your website and we could not have been happier with what it had to offer as well as the location! Grace was extremely helpful and very, very nice. I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped us set up drivers, taxi's and was a wealth of information regarding the city and countryside. Her cooking was superb and she catered to our every whim. We are thankful that we were able to rent this property and that our family could enjoy it as if it was their own The different concerts offered at the church next store was a nice surprise. Many evenings we were able to sit on the terrace and enjoy the music. We would definitely recommend VIA Villas and this property to anyone who asked. Again,thank you, thank you, thank you! Best,

To our friends at Via Travel Design, Our family's time spent at Via Lambertesca was absolutely the highlight of our summer. We could not have imagined the luxury of this apartment that combines every modern convenience with the charm and beauty of the historic center of Florence. From the minute we stepped into the building with its beautiful d'cor we were greeted by Grace, who could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. When she accompanied us to the apartment and opened the door we immediately felt at home. The furnishings and every small detail at Via Lambertesca are of the highest quality and it is obvious that great care was taken in the renovation of the entire palazzo. The terrace overlooking the rooftops of the nearby homes was picturesque and provided us with a quiet place for reading a book or dining al fresco. Grace is an excellent chef not to mention extremely knowledgeable about restaurants, museums and of course shoe stores for our teenage daughters'We told her we'd be back next summer, I'm already looking forward to it!

I have truly enjoyed my time at your lovely apartment Via Lambertesca. It has been a glorious vacation. I have shared the photos with many friends who have an interest in renting the apt during the next year. Grace is a marvel! She is an extraordinary trained chef, a valuable tour director and familiar with many wonderful craftsman in the area. (She arranged several day trips to include Venice and Rome, by train, in addition to lovely historical walks around Florence! Grace adds the charm and luxury of having a personal concierge at Via Lambertesca. I will return!!
