FIRST FLOOR

Yellow bedroom: double bed (queen size), view of the garden and swimming pool, bathroom with shower; Yellow/green bedroom: 2 beds (can be joined as a double), view of the courtyard, bathroom with shower; White/blue bedroom: double bed (queen size), view of the courtyard, bathroom with shower; White bedroom: double bed (queen size), view of the church and the cypress-lined road, bathroom with shower; Single bedroom: single bed (an extra single bed can be added), view of the garden and the area in front of the Villa, bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. And the entire house is air conditioned.
OUTDOORS
Courtyard with al fresco marble table which seats 18 people, 5 arm chairs and along with a side table. Large garden of two hectares, olive trees and rose bushes. Gated swimming pool area with a large swimming pool (15m x 7m and 1.40m deep), changing room, shower and sun beds. Next to the villa within walking distance is a tennis court for guest use.
