About this Villa

Villa Tre Querce is on the southern coast of Tuscany, close to long sandy beaches and the picturesque village of Capalbio. This beautiful new house was designed by the internationally renowned designer Ilaria Miani.

The property is set amongst nine hectares with lavish gardens and the house is surrounded by covered terraces, which are stylishly furnished, with comfortable sofas perfect for sunset cocktails.

Sleeps up to 12 person in 6 very spacious bedrooms: 2 twin, 4 double bedrooms, all en-suite. 

We can provide an additional bedroom suite upon request only.

  • Two live-in domestic staff (available seven hours each day, six days a week)

The magnificent dome shaped living room is divided into two seating areas and a magnificent dining space. Floor to ceiling windows clad in sculptural straw curtains look out over the beautifully maintained gardens. The dining area leads to the main commercial quality kitchen. There is a separate living room with TV on this level also.

The bedrooms are set out over three levels which guarantees privacy for the guests. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. These two rooms are divided by a cosy living room with TV which opens onto the terrace.


There are two bedrooms on the upper floor with sweeping views to the ocean and direct access to a private terrace.


Two further bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor. Both with French windows leading onto a private terrace which lead into the garden. These bedrooms also share a living room with TV and refrigerator.

The sleeping spaces are generous, with large dressing rooms and sophisticated ensuite bathrooms.


The property is set amongst nine hectares with lavish gardens and the house is surrounded by covered terraces, which are stylishly furnished, with comfortable sofas perfect for sunset cocktails.

A large round table offers space for outdoor meals comfortably seating 16. The salt-water infinity pool is 20 x 4.5 meters complete with a swim jet system and is situated on a lower terrace with views out towards the sea. The pool can be heated at an extra cost. There is a freshwater shower by the pool.

Undercover parking is available for four cars and parking for a further ten cars.


The Maremma is known for its unspoilt coast and fine sandy beaches with a mul- titude of coloured shells. Behind the beach, the dunes are covered with a labyrinth of wild aromatic bushes. Over the summer months there is the lovely beach club ‘La Dogana’ a charming restaurant for lunch and dinner, or anoth- er option for the day is ‘Ultima Spiaggia’ restaurant and family friendly beach club.

Porto Ecole and Porto Santo Stefano are 25 minutes away by car and offers many adventures such as renting a speed boat, with captain, to visit Isola Del Giglio with plenty of world class restaurants and shopping. Giannutri, a small island in the Tyrrhenian Sea is only 20 minutes from Porto Ecole. It is a unique village with great restaurants and swimming and makes for a lovely cultural day trip.
